3. Services & Deliverables
All video editing, motion graphics, and directing services provided by Snipix Studio are subject to a separate statement of work (SOW) or project agreement. Delivery timelines and revision policies will be outlined in those specific project agreements.
- Revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
- Final high-resolution assets are delivered only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Snipix Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if Snipix Studio or a Snipix Studio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Snipix Studio's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Snipix Studio does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
